Question: How do I pay for these services for an appointment?
Answer: This is an out-of-pocket service and we accept all major credit cards. We use a secure payment portal through PayPal to process the payment.
Question: Do I have to schedule an appointment?
Answer: Yes. Click on the schedule appointment tab and create an account to see our calendar and schedule your own appointment.
Question: Do you service my state?
Answer: Please look at our map (on About Us page) for coverage areas.
Question: What technology do I need for video conferencing?
Answer: You can connect from any mobile device and/or laptop with a camera and WiFi.
Question: Do I need to create a new account each time I use this service?
Answer: No. Once you create an account you will be able to log-in using your Username and Password. Your information will be protected securely for future visits.
Question: Will I receive a confirmation of payment for these services?
Answer: Yes you will receive a payment receipt via email.
PLEASE NOTE: A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO KEEP ON FILE, TO SECURE YOUR FIRST AND FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. IF THERE IS A LATE CANCELLATION OF LESS THAN 24 HOURS YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED A $25 LATE CANCELLATION FEE. IF THERE IS A NO-SHOW FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE MISSED SESSION. WE GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF THIS POLICY.
